1. What You Receive

Edited images only (Colour + B&W) delivered via download link.
Sneak peek within 24–48 hours (Monday for weekend shoots).
Download link active for 3 days. Images removed from storage after 6 months.
Reloading lost galleries: R450 per request.
Extra images: R150 each.
Full gallery buyout option: R10,000.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Selection gallery (unedited + watermarked) sent within 2 days after your shoot.
Photo selection must be completed within 30 days.
Editing time: up to 4 weeks / 28 business days from the day selections are submitted. Unless otherwise stated.
Express editing: 2-day delivery for R1200 (must be booked upfront).

3. Copyright & Image Use
Photographer retains full copyright.
Images may be used for portfolio & social media unless you opt out in writing before your session.
No RAW or unedited images are provided—no exceptions.
Editing or altering photos without consent is not allowed.

4. Payments & Deposits
50% deposit required within 24 hours to secure your booking.
Remaining balance due 7 days before your session.
Weekend / Public Holiday sessions: + R500.
Bookings made within 7 days of the shoot require full payment immediately.
PayFlex available.

5. Late Arrivals & Rescheduling
Arriving more than 15 minutes late = automatic forfeiture of session.
If photographer’s schedule allows, a 30 min extension can be added for R750.
If extension isn’t possible, rescheduling costs R750.
No-call / no-show results in full fee forfeited.
Delays caused by makeup/hair are not the photographer’s responsibility.

6. Cancellations
Cancellation fee: 50% of total package (non-refundable).
Makeup Artist bookings canceled by client are charged in full.
Cancelling part of a combo package removes the combo discount.
No refunds or reshoots for issues outside the photographer’s control
(e.g., styling, expressions, non-cooperation).

7. Session Timing
Please arrive on time.
Late arrival may result in reduced shooting time or session forfeiture.
Postponements are valid for 6 months from your initial date.

8. Liability
Photographer is not responsible for injuries during the session.
Any damage to studio/property caused by the client will be billed.

9. Editing & Retouching
Basic retouching included (minor skin fixes & flyaways).
Advanced/extra editing: R350 per hour.
Re-edits after gallery delivery: R100 per photo.
Photographer’s style is final and not open for alteration.

10. Behaviour & Safety
Sessions may be terminated immediately if behaviour is unsafe, disrespectful, or threatening.
No refunds will be issued for such terminations.

11. Specials, Vouchers & Promotions
Vouchers valid for 12 months (no cash value).
Specials apply only to new bookings made during promo dates.
Rescheduling a promo shoot to a different type of session voids the discount.
